Section 1.04.010 Title of scope of code.

This code shall be known as the "Municipal Code of Sioux City" and shall completely supersede all general ordinances passed by the city council prior to the enactment hereof except such as by reference are expressly saved from repeal or continued in force and effect for any purpose.
