Chapter 1.10 CITY CHARTER OF THE CITY OF SIOUX CITY
Section 1.10.010 Purpose.
The purpose of the ordinance codified here is to provide for a Charter embodying the form of government
following the November 7, 2006 election wherein the voters voted to modify the form of government from
the council-manager-at-large to the council-manager-at-large with the mayor elected by the qualified
electors of the city.
