Section 1.10.080 When effective.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after is passage and publication as by law provided. However, the provisions regarding the popular election of the mayor shall not be implemented until the November 2007 regular city election and duties of the duly elected mayor shall commence January 2, 2008.
