Section 1.12.010 Corporate Seal.

The corporate seal provided for the city, the impression on which around the margin are the words "City Seal" and in the center of which are the words "Sioux City, Iowa," is declared to be the corporate seal of the city. The corporate seal shall be kept in the charge and custody of the city clerk.
