Section 10.16.060 View obstruction.

  Except in zoning districts allowing the construction of buildings to the property line, there shall be provided an unobstructed view at the intersection of two streets.  The unobstructed view shall be formed by the lines measured thirty feet along the property line from the intersection of two streets.  Within the area of the triangle, there shall be no sight-obstructing or partly obstructing foliage, fence, or sign higher than twenty-four inches above curb grade, or lower than ten feet measured from curb grade.
  Such an obstruction shall be deemed a common nuisance and abated in the manner prescribed in Chapter 8.72. (Ord. 2007-0115, 85/T-3504)
