Section 10.20.060 Other violations.

It is unlawful and a violation of the provisions of this title for any person to:  
    1. Cause or allow any vehicle registered in the name of or operated by such person to park across any line or marking of a parking meter space or in such position that the vehicle is not entirely within the area designated by such lines or markings;
    2. Deface, injure, tamper with, open or willfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking meter installed under the provisions of this title;
    3. Deposit or cause to be deposited in any parking meter any slugs, device or metal substance, or other substitute for lawful coins or tokens.  
    4. Park a motor vehicle on public right of way adjacent to a curb painted yellow except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer.
    5. Stop, stand or park a motor vehicle on public right of way adjacent to a curb painted red except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer.  Any motor vehicle in violation of this subsection shall be ordered towed by a police officer.
