services director or his designee to
accept and approve, where appropriate, applications for reserved parking. The finance and
administrative services director or his designee shall accept applications from owners of abutting

or
b. To facilitate construction, reconstruction,

abutting lot or building.
The reserved parking extended to the applicant shall be only

the sum of $6.00 per day per parking space. However,
reserved parking for periods in excess of one week shall be at the discretion of the finance and
administrative services director after taking into consideration the parking needs of the public
and the scope of the construction, reconstruction, remodeling or demolition project.
All funds received by the city treasurer from this privilege
as granted shall be deposited in the
parking fund.
3. Any misuse or abuse of this privilege shall be deemed
a misdemeanor and punishable as
such. (Ord. 2006-0415; 2001-0656; 93/U-849)
