Section 10.24.040 Consecutive violations.

For Section 10.24.030-2.a. violations, except for ten-hour parking meters, every additional period of parking beyond the maximum period of parking time allowed shall constitute a separate violation. For Section 10.24.030-2.a. violations at ten-hour parking meters, each consecutive one-hour period a violation exists shall constitute a separate violation. For Sections 10.24.030-2.c., d., and e., violations, each consecutive four-hour period a violation exists shall constitute a separate violation. For Section 10.24.030-2.b. violations, involving a meter box parking facility, each consecutive one-hour period a violation exists shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 90/T-8441)
