Section 10.30.115 Semi-tractors; prohibited noises.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the city limits of Sioux City, Iowa, to make, or cause to be made, loud or disturbing or offensive noises with any mechanical devices operated by compressed air and used for purposes of assisting braking on any semi-tractor, commonly referred to as “ jakebraking” .
