1. No person shall park a motor vehicle in any parking space in any off-street parking facility owned by the city where signs have been erected giving notice that such parking spaces are reserved  for employees and officials of the city, unless authorized by the city manager.

    2. No person shall back into a parking space in any public parking facility where signs have been erected giving notice that such manner of parking is prohibited.  (Ord. 91/T-10306)
