Section 10.30.160 Driving past barricades.

1. No person shall drive any vehicle past temporary barricades placed upon public streets by authority of the city with the intention of closing such streets to traffic. Local traffic may drive past barricades for the purpose of driving to a certain designated location within a barricaded area unless specifically prohibited from doing so by appropriate signs on the barricades or by city employees.

2. No person shall move or remove such barricades without proper authority from the city. (Ord. 91/T-10306)
