The driver of any vehicle when permitted to overtake and pass upon the left of a motor bus which has stopped for the purpose of receiving or discharging any passenger, shall reduce speed and may proceed only upon exercising due caution for pedestrians and shall accord pedestrians the right-of-way when required by other sections of this act.  (Ord. 91/T-10306)
