It shall be unlawful for any driver of a motor vehicle to willfully fail to bring the motor vehicle to a stop or otherwise elude or attempt to elude a marked official law enforcement vehicle driven by a uniformed police officer after being given a visual or audible signal to stop and in doing so exceeds the speed limit by twenty-four miles per hour or less.  The signal given by the police officer shall be by flashing red light or siren.  (Ord. 91/T-10306)
