Section 10.30.250 Weight restrictions for vehicles using certain streets, bridges and viaducts.

When signs are erected giving notice that a street, bridge, culvert, or viaduct has a specific maximum weight limit, no person shall operate a vehicle thereon with an actual weight in excess of that posted for the street, bridge, culvert, or viaduct.  A person who violates the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction or a plea of guilty, be subject to a fine determined by dividing the difference between the actual weight and the maximum weight established by the Ordinance or Resolution by 100, and multiplying the quotient by $2.00.  (Ord. 91/T-10306)
