1. A person operating a bicycle on a street shall not ride other than upon or astride a permanent and regular seat attached to the bicycle.

    2. A person shall not use a bicycle on a public right-of-way to carry more persons at one time than the number of persons for which the bicycle is designed and equipped.  (Ord. 85/T-4105; R-12185, 1961).
