If the registered owner or any lienholder of record have made an objection to the impoundment and the hearing officer has determined the impoundment was not authorized by law, all costs of removal, preservation, storage and notification accruing through the fourth day after the hearing officer's decision shall be waived.  All costs accruing thereafter shall be paid prior to recovery of the vehicle.  (Ord. 84/T-2722).
