Chapter 10.88 EVENTS FACILITIES PARKING LOTS REGULATIONS


Section 10.88.010 Parking areas defined.

    1. The parking lots serving the Tyson Events Center/Long Lines Family Center Complex are described as follows:
        a. The following described property shall constitute the east parking lot area of the Tyson Events Center/Long Lines Family Center Complex: A tract of land bounded on the north by the interior roadway of the parking lot; on the east by Pierce Street; on the south by Gordon Drive; and on the west by the centerline of Douglas Street extended.
        b. The following described property shall constitute the west parking lot area of the Tyson Events Center/Long Lines Family Center Complex: A tract of land bounded on the north by the interior roadway of the parking lot; on the east by the centerline of Douglas Street extended; on the south by Gordon Drive and on the west by Pearl Street.
        c. The following described property shall constitute the far west parking lot area of the Tyson Events Center/Long Lines Family Center Complex:
            A acre tract of land bounded on the north by Tri-View Avenue; on the east by Pearl Street; on the south by Gordon Drive; and on the west by a line approximately 595 feet west and parallel with the west right of way line of Pearl Street.  Also a tract of land bounded on the north by the railroad right of way, on the east by Pearl Street, on the south by Tri-View Avenue, and on the east by a line approximately 600 feet west of and parallel with the west right of way line of Pearl Street.
    2. The following described property shall constitute the Convention Center Parking lots:
        a. A tract of land bounded on the west by the Convention Center, on the north by the east west alley in the block, on the east by Jones Street, and on the south by 4th Street.  
        b. A tract of land bounded on the north by the east-west alley in the block, on the west by Jones Street, on South by 3rd Street, and on the east by the north-south alley in the block.   Also a tract of land bounded by 4th Street on the north, Jennings Street on the east, the east-west alley in the block on the south, and by Jones Street on the west.
