Section 10.88.020 Parking regulations.

The city manager shall have the supervision and management of the parking lots described in this chapter. The city manager may designate the events facilities director as the supervisor and manager of the parking lots.  The city manager or his designee may adopt rules and regulations to properly supervise and manage the lots not inconsistent with the regulations of this code; provided, however, the primary purpose of the lots shall be to serve the patrons of the adjacent facilities and the regulations shall reflect this primary purpose.
    The city manager may designate one or more employees of the events facilities department as parking lot attendants with the authority to issue tickets for violations of the regulations governing the use of the lots described in this chapter. (Ord. 2007-0651, 2006-0635)
