Section 10.88.030 Violations.

It is unlawful and a violation of the provisions of this Chapter for any person:
    1. To cause, or permit any vehicle registered in the name of, or operated by such person, to be parked for more than twenty-four consecutive hours in any of the parking lot areas as defined herein from the time of entering the parking lot areas;
    2. To deface, damage, remove or open, or impair the usefulness of any parking-control devices used in connection with the parking lot areas as defined herein, except for municipal employees properly engaged in their course of employment;
    3. To deposit or cause to be deposited in any collection device at the entrance of the parking lot areas any slugs, device or metal substance, or other substitute for lawful coins;
    4. To park any vehicle across any line or marking in the parking lot areas or in such position that the motor vehicle shall not be entirely within the area designated by such lines or markings;
    5. To park any vehicle within the area designated for monthly parking without displaying a valid parking permit in such a manner that the permit is clearly visible from outside the vehicle;
    6. To park any vehicle in any of the parking lot areas as defined herein without paying the required fee, if any is required.
    7. To cause or permit any vehicle registered in the name of, or operated by such person, to be parked on the parking lot areas in violation of any rule or regulation promulgated by the City. (Ord. 2007-0651, 90/T-8268)
