Section 10.94.030 Hourly and daily rate: Heritage Parking on Jackson, Discovery Parking on Jones, and River’s Landing Parking on Douglas.

1. Between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. a charge of $0.75 shall be made for each hour or any part thereof for each motor vehicle occupying any stall in municipal parking ramps Heritage Parking on Jackson, Discovery Parking on Jones, and River’s Landing Parking on Douglas. The daily maximum rate for the time period from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. shall be $4.75.

2. Between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. a charge of $0.75 shall be made for each hour or any part thereof for each motor vehicle occupying any stall in municipal parking ramps Heritage Parking on Jackson, Discovery Parking on Jones, and River’s Landing Parking on Douglas; provided, however, the maximum charge for this time period shall be $1.50.

3. The maximum charge for any 24 hour period in municipal parking ramps Heritage Parking on Jackson, Discovery Parking on Jones, and River’s Landing Parking on Douglas for any one vehicle shall be $6.75. The fee for each subsequent 24 hour period or part thereof shall be as provided for herein.

5. There shall be no charge for any motor vehicle occupying any stall in municipal parking ramps Heritage Parking on Jackson, Discovery Parking on Jones and River’s Landing Parking on Douglas on a Saturday or Sunday provided, the vehicle enters the parking ramps after 12:01 a.m. on Saturday and exits the parking ramps prior to 12:01 a.m. on Monday.

6. No motor vehicle shall be parked in municipal parking ramps Heritage Parking on Jackson, Discovery Parking on Jones and River’s Landing Parking on Douglas for longer than 24 consecutive hours without the consent of the city or its duly authorized agent.

7. Event Parking: The finance and administrative services director may dedicate one or more of the municipal parking ramps, Heritage Parking on Jackson, Discovery Parking on Jones, and River's Landing Parking on Douglas, to be used for parking by persons attending a special event in the city. All persons using one of the municipal parking ramps when dedicated for a special event shall pay a charge of $2.00 upon entering the ramp, including weekends.
