Section 10.94.040 Monthly and bulk rates: Heritage Parking on Jackson, Discovery Parking on Jones, and River’s Landing Parking on Douglas.

1. Monthly rate - Heritage Parking on Jackson, Discovery Parking on Jones, and River's Landing Parking on Douglas: A charge of $45.00 per month shall be made for each motor vehicle leasing space on a monthly basis in municipal parking ramps Heritage Parking on Jackson, Discovery Parking on Jones and River’s Landing Parking on Douglas and specifically designated therefore by the city.

2. Monthly rate - surface lots: A charge of $47.00 per month shall be made for each motor vehicle leasing a space on a monthly basis on a surface parking lot which has been authorized by the city manager for monthly leasing of individual spaces.

Bulk rate: The monthly charge including tax if applicable for each motor vehicle leasing a space in municipal parking ramps Heritage Parking on Jackson, Discovery Parking on Jones, and River’s Landing Parking on Douglas when more than two spaces are purchased by one person shall be in accordance with the following schedule:

4. A monthly rate of $66.50 per month for reserved parking spots in municipal parking ramps Heritage Parking on Jackson, Discovery Parking on Jones, and River’s Landing Parking on Douglas shall be charged.

5. Conditions and restrictions on monthly, individual and bulk rate parking. Motor vehicles occupying space on a monthly, individual or bulk rate basis are subject to the following conditions and restrictions:

a. Parking spaces are on a first come first served basis and there shall be no guarantee of a reserved parking space except the city manager may issue individual permits.

b. Public parking on a single space basis shall have first call and private and bulk rate purchases shall be reduced or not renewed if the city determines such reduction or non-renewal is necessary to accommodate parkers desiring to utilize ramp parking on a single space basis.

c. Except as provided in sub-paragraph a. above, parking rentals, whether monthly, or bulk, are on a first come first served basis.

d. The same rate charge per month shall be available and applicable to any person purchasing 100 or more spaces irrespective of the number of spaces.

6. Media and law enforcement parking. A charge of $35.00 per month shall be made for each parking permit issued for motor vehicles owned or used by media or non-emergency law enforcement personnel and specifically designated therefore by the city.
