Section 10.94.050 Regulations for use of municipal parking ramps.

Chapter 10.94 MUNICIPAL PARKING RAMPS AND LOTS

It is unlawful and punishable as a simple misdemeanor for any person to:

1. Deface, injure, tamper with, open or willfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking-control device or devices used in the operation of a municipal parking ramp;

2. Use or consume alcoholic liquors or beer in a municipal parking ramp;

3. Park any vehicle across any line, floor marking, or stall marking in a municipal parking ramp, or park in such a position that the motor vehicle is not entirely within the area designated by such lines or markings;

4. Park any vehicle by backing said vehicle into a stall or space marked for parking;

5. Park any vehicle in a municipal parking ramp without paying the fees as set forth herein.

6. Park any vehicle in a municipal parking ramp in a space marked with a sign indicating the space is a reserved space, not intended for parking, or reserved for compact vehicles when the parked vehicle is not a compact vehicle. (Ord. (Ord. 96/U-3989; 85/T-3504; S-38228, 1979)
