Any person, firm or corporation applying to the traffic engineering department to purchase hourly parking in excess of one thousand hours per month at a municipal parking ramp in Sioux City shall be entitled to an hourly rate of thirty-five cents per motor vehicle per hour, provided that the applicant shall provide validation stickers to be attached to the parking ticket furnished by the city in accordance with specifications of the city.  Billings shall be made on a monthly basis, and in no event shall the monthly billing be less than three hundred fifty dollars per applicant.  (Ord. 90/T-8384)
