Section 10.96.020 Regulations for use of airport parking lot.

It shall be unlawful, a violation of the provisions of this chapter, and punishable as a misdemeanor, for any person to:

1. Cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of, or operated by such person, to be parked for more than thirty consecutive days upon said parking lot; (Ord. 95/U-3372)

2. Deface, injure, tamper with, open, break, destroy, or impair the usefulness of any parking control device or devices used in the operation of said parking lot; (Ord. 95/U-3372)

3. Cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of, or operated by such person, to be parked over or across any line, pavement marking or stall marking in said lot, or park in such a position that the motor vehicle is not entirely within the area designated by such lines or markings.

4. Park any vehicle in the airport parking lot without paying the fees as set forth herein.
