Chapter 12.03 ELECTRICITY FRANCHISE TO RURAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE
Section 12.03.040 Compliance with applicable laws and ordinances.
The Grantee shall, at all times during this franchise, be subject to all lawful exercise of police power
by the
City and to such other reasonable regulations as the City may hereinafter, by administrative directive,
