Chapter 12.03 ELECTRICITY FRANCHISE TO RURAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE
Section 12.03.090 Assignment of franchise.
This franchise shall apply to, inure to and bind the parties hereto and their successors and assigns,
provided
that any assignment by the Grantee be also subject to the approval of the City Council by resolution,
which
shall not be unreasonably withheld. (Ord. 2002-0457)
