Section 12.05.130 Forfeiture.

The violation of any material portion of a franchise, license or lease by the holder thereof or its successors or assigns, or its failure promptly to perform any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be cause for forfeiture of said franchise, license or lease and the termination of all rights thereunder. Such forfeiture shall be accomplished by ordinance of the city after written notice to the holder thereof and a continuation of the violation, failure or default specified on the notice for at least thirty (30) days from the date the notice was served.
