Chapter 12.05 PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRIBUTION REGULATIONS


Section 12.05.140 Application.

This ordinance shall apply to all franchises, license or leases and easements granted by the city including all existing franchises, licenses or leases and easements.  (Ord. 98/U-6224; S-38669, 1979)
