Chapter 12.06 HIGH-VOLTAGE ELECTRIC LINES
Section 12.06.010 Definitions.
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "High-voltage" means a voltage in excess of
seven hundred fifty volts between conductors
or between any single conductor and the ground.
2. "Overhead lines" means all bare or insulated
electrical conductors installed above ground
excepting those conductors that are de-energized and grounded or that are enclosed in iron pipe
or other metal covering of equal strength.
3. "Street" means a public street, highway, boulevard,
avenue, alley, parkway, public place,
plaza, mall or publicly owned right-of-way or easement within the limits of the city. (Ord. S-29555,
