All Gas Utilities shall be constructed or reconstructed in conformance with applicable rules and regulations imposed upon the Grantee or ordered by the Federal or State government and the applicable ordinances of the City in effect at the time of the construction or reconstruction.  (Ord. 92/U-610; S-32787, 1977).
