Section 12.10.030 Application for service.

Application for utility services must be made by the customer to the finance and administrative services department on a form provided by the city stating the street and number where such service is desired and providing such additional information as may be required. In addition, the applicant may be required to sign a contract therefor, such contract, after execution, must be filed in the office of the director.
