Section 12.10.130 Collection of unpaid bills.

  If a bill is unpaid for a period of thirty days after its due date, the finance and administrative services department may either turn the account over for collection or report the unpaid accounts to the city council. The city council may by resolution duly adopted, order the unpaid accounts and all costs associated therewith certified to the county treasurer and the same shall then be collected with and in the same manner as general property taxes.
