Section 12.12.180 Emergency or temporary needs.

To meet emergency or temporary needs for water, the finance and administrative services director is authorized to arrange for unmetered supplies, making such charges therefor as seem equitable and in reasonable accord with the rates charged for metered water. (Ord. 2006-0415; 98/U-6424)
