Section 12.12.450 Floodproofing.
In a floodable area as identified by the Flood Insurance Study issued by the Federal Insurance
Administration, or in any other known floodable area as designated by the city of Sioux City, all new
or
replacement water supply installations shall be designed and constructed to eliminate the infiltration
of
