The city manager or his designee may, during a declared water emergency, shut off the water at any premises found to be in violation of Section 12.12.464 or the proclamation under Section 12.12.460.  The resumption of water service at said premises shall be at the direction of the city manager or his designees upon the payment of the fees for resumption of service as provided for in Section 12.10.090.  (Ord. 89/T-7447)
