Section 12.16.080 Application requirements.

Unless specifically excluded by this chapter, any land owner or operator desiring a permit for a land disturbance activity shall submit to the environmental services department a grading permit application on a form provided by the environmental services department for that purpose. Unless otherwise excepted by this chapter, a grading permit application must be accompanied by the following in order that the permit application be considered: a storm water management concept plan; a maintenance agreement; and a non-refundable permit review fee. The storm water management plan shall be prepared to meet the requirements of section 12.16.150 of this chapter, the maintenance agreement shall be prepared to meet the requirements of section 12.16.250 of this chapter, and fees shall be those established by the environmental services department.
