Chapter 12.16 STORM WATER MANAGEMENT
Section 12.16.250 Facility certification.
All applicants are required to submit actual facility certification
to the city for any storm water management
practices located on-site after final construction is completed. The plan must show the final design
specifications for all storm water management facilities and must be certified by a professional engineer.
A
final inspection by the environmental services department is required before the release of any performance
