Chapter 12.16 STORM WATER MANAGEMENT
Section 12.16.400 Inspection of pipe.
A permit shall be obtained from the public works department prior to commencing construction
of the
storm sewer pipe. No storm sewer pipes laid underground shall be covered and the trenches filled
up by
any plumber or utility contractor until the storm sewer pipes and all connections have been inspected
by the
city’ s utility inspector and found to be water tight. (Ord. 2006-0834)
