Stormwater and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged into storm sewers, or into a natural outlet approved by the director. industrial cooling water or unpolluted process waters may be discharged into a storm sewer or natural outlet; such discharges must have a discharge permit issued by the Environmental Protection Agency or the Iowa State Department of Environmental Quality.  (Ord.
