Section 13.12.020 Supervision by master plumber.

All flushing of sewers shall be done under the supervision of a master plumber who has taken out a permit for the same as provided in Section 13.12.010, and no sewer shall be flushed by the environmental services department or any other department of the city except under the supervision of the master plumber who has taken out a permit for the same.
