The cemetery sexton shall be under the supervision and control of the director.  The cemetery sexton shall:

    1. Have charge of all funerals upon their reaching the cemetery;

    2. Have charge and supervision of the grounds of the cemetery and the buildings located thereon;

    3. Have supervision and control of all persons in the cemetery, including the conduct of funerals, traffic, employees, plot owners, and visitors;

    4. Enforce the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, and, as a part of his enforcement powers, shall have the authority to exclude from the cemetery any  person violating this chapter or such rules and regulations.  (Ord. 85/T-3630).
