The certificate of ownership shall be the sole agreement between the city and the plot owner/burial space owner as to the relationship of the parties and the use, operation and ownership of the plot/burial space.  The certificate of ownership shall be deemed to include the provisions of this chapter, rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, and any amendments thereto as if fully set forth in the certificate of ownership.  (Ord. 85/T-3630).
