1. Direction and Approval.  All improvements or alteration of property in the city cemetery shall be under the direction of and subject to the written consent, satisfaction and approval of the director.

    2. Removal.  If improvements or alterations are made without the written consent of the director, the director shall have the right to order them removed, altered or changed at the expense of the plot/burial space owner. (Ord. 85/T-3630).
