Section 15.04.150 Offenses.

    Unless otherwise authorized by the cemetery sexton, within a city cemetery:
    1. No person shall use or walk in any area other than designated avenues, walks, alley, roads and platted walkways.
    2. Any person on a plot/burial space without a lawful purpose shall be considered a trespasser.
    3. No child under fifteen years of age shall be in a city cemetery or its buildings unless under the supervision and control of an adult.
    4. No person shall gather flowers, either wild or cultivated, or damaged trees, shrubbery or plants.
    5. No person shall feed or disturb birds or other animal life.
    6. No person shall have, carry or consume refreshments, food or beverages.
    7. No person shall sit, loiter or lounge in or upon any of the grounds in a city cemetery or any of its buildings.
    8. No person shall talk loudly or make other loud or raucous noise which causes or which the person should reasonably expect to cause unreasonable distress or distraction to those lawfully present for the conduct of funeral services.
    9. Automobiles and other motor-driven vehicles shall not be driven or operated at a speed greater than fifteen miles per hour.
    10. Automobiles and other motor-driven vehicles shall be driven, operated and kept on the right-hand side of a cemetery road, and shall not park or come to a full stop in front of, or in the immediate vicinity of an open grave unless the operator of such vehicle is in attendance at a funeral.
    11. No person shall operate or drive a motorcycle in a city cemetery except when the operator of such motorcycle is in attendance at a funeral.
    12. No person shall sell or solicit the sale of any commodity, goods or service.
    13. No person, except a peace officer, shall possess firearms.
    14. No signs, notices or advertisements of any kind shall be allowed.
    15. No person shall bring or allow a cat or dog in or upon city cemetery grounds or in any cemetery buildings.  (Ord. 85/T-3630).
