No person owning real property or having the care, custody or control thereof shall permit snow or ice to remain upon the public sidewalks abutting said real property for a period in excess of twelve hours.  The twelve hour period shall commence when snow or ice is no longer falling or blowing upon the public sidewalks.  (Ord. 2006-0851, 86/T-5126)
