Chapter 17.24 SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL
Section 17.24.035 Snow deposit on public property.
It is unlawful for any person to remove snow, ice or accumulations of snow or ice from private premises
and
to deposit or place the same upon any public highway, street, avenue, alley or public park within the
city,
unless said public park has been designated by the city as a snow depository. Any person in violation
of
this section is guilty of a municipal infraction and shall be punished by a fine in accordance with
the
provisions of Section 17.24.020. (Ord. 2001-1034; S-12479, 1969)
