Section 17.24.050 Assessment of cost.

    Whenever any snow or ice shall be removed from any sidewalk in the manner provided for in Section 17.24.040, the cost of such removal shall be reported to the city council, together with a description of the property and the number of feet of snow or ice removed, and the cost or expense thereof shall be assessed against the property in the manner  provided by law.  In addition, the city may commence a civil action to collect all unpaid costs.  (Ord. 84/T-2639).
