All permits issued under this chapter shall expire upon the occurrence of any of the following:

    1. Change of title to the property;

    2. Change of tenant to the property;

    3. Removal or destruction of the encroachment;

    4. Enlargement of the encroachment.  (Ord. 85/T-4245).
