A copy of the order revoking the permit shall be mailed to the person keeping, using or maintaining the encroachment at the address as shown on the written permit. If the encroachment is not removed within fifteen days, the city may remove the encroachment without incurring any liability to the owner or user of the encroachment.  (Ord. 85/T-4245).
