Section 17.28.210 Definition.

“ Sidewalk Cafe” shall be defined as the expansion of a restaurant, bar, eatery, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, or similar use onto the public right-of-way immediately adjacent to the primary location of the restaurant, bar, eatery, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, or similar use. (Ord. 99-7660)
